The Baltic Cold Plunge Tub arrives fully assembled, ready to fill and use the same day it lands on your doorstep.

Handcrafted in Canada from Eastern White Cedar, the Baltic is built for outdoor life. Cedar naturally resists rot, decay, and insects, which means it handles harsh winters and hot summers without warping, cracking, or needing seasonal storage. The 3/8 inch hand-welded HDPE liner is leak-proof and rigorously tested before shipping, so what you receive is ready to perform from day one.

At 132 gallons (501 litres), it holds enough water for full immersion. Use it with ice to get started, or pair it with the Penguin Chiller or Coldture Pro for effortless, ice-free cold therapy at a consistent temperature year-round. The chiller tucks in beside the tub and does the work for you.

Does it come with a chiller?
No, the tub is sold separately. It's compatible with the Penguin Chiller and Coldture Pro, both available in our store.

Can I use it with ice instead of a chiller?
Yes, many customers start with ice and add a chiller later. The tub works with either.

Does it need to be stored indoors in winter?
The tub itself is built for year-round outdoor use. If using a chiller, drain and store it indoors when ambient temperatures drop to freezing or below.

How do I drain it?
A built-in drain connects directly to a standard garden hose for easy emptying.

What to Expect on Delivery

Unloading Responsibility

Due to size and weight, customers are responsible for unloading the crate from the delivery truck.

• Crates range from 6–14 feet in length

• Crates typically weigh 800–1600 lbs, depending on the model

Liftgate Availability

• If the crate is 92” or shorter, a liftgate may be available to assist lowering the crate

• If the crate is longer than 92”, a liftgate will not be available

Optional Tilt Tow Truck Assistance 

If you are unable to unload the crate, a tilt tow truck can be arranged upon request for an additional $750 fee.

This service:

• Assists in unloading the crate from the freight truck

• Places the crate at ground level

• Does not include inside placement or installation

Please inspect the crate upon delivery.

If damage is visible:

1. Accept the delivery

2. Take clear photos

3. Note the damage on the delivery paperwork
