Returns, Refunds & Order Changes Policy

Because our cold plunge tubs and hot tubs are large, custom-built wellness products, we ask customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of order placement without penalty.

  • After 14 days, a $65 cancellation fee may apply.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.

Once an order enters final production or shipping preparation, cancellation is no longer possible.


Order Changes

  • Changes to an order (product options, accessories, shipping method, etc.) may be made within 14 days of order placement at no cost.

  • After 14 days, a $65 order change fee may apply.

  • Orders cannot be modified within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.

Change of Shipping Address

  • Address changes requested before the order ships are free of charge.

  • Address changes requested after the order has shipped may incur a $250 rerouting fee.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the size, weight, and cross-border logistics of our products:

Returns are not accepted once an order has shipped.

In rare cases where a return is approved by the manufacturer, the following conditions apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in original condition

  • All returned items are inspected by the manufacturer, who determines final eligibility and refund amount


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery after the product has shipped:

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

  • All shipping, rerouting, and logistics costs will be the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after resale or manufacturer approval


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with visible damage or missing components:

  • Accept the delivery

  • Document the issue with photos

  • Note the damage on the delivery paperwork

  • Contact us immediately

If an error or issue is caused by us or the manufacturer, no cancellation or change fees will apply.
