Warranty Information

At Plunge N' Tubs, we partner with established manufacturers known for quality craftsmanship and long-term performance. Warranty coverage may vary by brand and product and is clearly stated on each product page as well as outlined below.


Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Most of our cold plunges, hot tubs, and sauna products are covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, when used under normal residential conditions.

As an example, products from the LeisureCraft Collection typically include:

  • Up to 5-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects

  • Coverage begins from the date of product receipt

Please refer to the individual product page or manufacturer documentation for exact warranty terms and coverage duration.


What the Warranty Covers

  • Defects in materials and workmanship

  • Structural components and manufacturer-installed parts

This warranty is parts-only unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by weather exposure over time

  • Required routine maintenance (such as cleaning, staining, or care)

  • Misuse, negligence, or improper operation

  • Damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer instructions

Service visits, labor, installation, or removal costs are not included unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.


Important Use & Safety Notice

For wood-burning hot tubs and heaters:

  • Never light a fire without the tub and heater fully filled with water

  • Damage caused by dry firing, overheating, or improper use is not covered under warranty

Always follow the setup, usage, and maintenance guidelines provided in your product manual.

  • Clearly listed on the product page

  • Included in the manufacturer documentation

  • Available on this page where applicable

If there is any difference between general warranty information and the product-specific warranty, the product-specific warranty applies.
