Free Curbside Shipping (Orders Over $150 – Continental USA)

We offer free curbside shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States. Orders under $150 may incur a shipping fee.

All cold plunge tubs and hot tubs are shipped via professional freight carriers and delivered curbside or to the end of your driveway.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing:
    24–48 business hours
  • Sauna production & freight delivery (US & Canada):
    Most saunas ship within 21–30 business days after order confirmation. We try our best to deliver as quick as possible.
  • Each Leisurecraft cold plunge is handcrafted, not mass-produced. This artisan build process takes longer than machine manufacturing but ensures higher quality, durability, and attention to detail. Due to increased demand across North America, production timelines may vary slightly based on availability.
  • Once your cold plunge ships, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience.


What to Expect on Delivery

  • Delivery is made curbside / driveway end

  • The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule delivery

  • Delivery is typically made using a large 18-wheel freight truck

  • The carrier will not drive into your driveway

Please ensure your street and neighborhood can accommodate large delivery trucks.

Unloading Responsibility

Due to size and weight, customers are responsible for unloading the crate from the delivery truck.

  • Crates range from 6–14 feet in length

  • Crates typically weigh 800–1600 lbs, depending on the model

Liftgate Availability

  • If the crate is 92” or shorter, a liftgate may be available to assist lowering the crate

  • If the crate is longer than 92”, a liftgate will not be available

Optional Tilt Tow Truck Assistance 

If you are unable to unload the crate, a tilt tow truck can be arranged upon request for an additional $750 fee.

This service:

  • Assists in unloading the crate from the freight truck

  • Places the crate at ground level

  • Does not include inside placement or installation

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect the crate upon delivery.

If damage is visible:

  1. Accept the delivery

  2. Take clear photos

  3. Note the damage on the delivery paperwork

  4. Contact us immediately so we can assist

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, remote areas, or islands may require additional fees

  • Business deliveries must have unloading equipment available

  • Accessories shipped separately may incur a shipping fee
